Consulting Skills is an open-source method library initiated by Li Zhi in the broader O2V Framework knowledge ecosystem. Each skill defines the inputs, use boundary, execution steps, outputs, evidence discipline, and quality gate needed to apply one method.
The library can be used independently. O2V Framework and CLEAR / Signal-to-Action are maintained separately as complete methodology assets.
